Toni Katipa

As one of our paralegals, Toni Katipa assists Anzen Legal attorneys in estate planning, business transactions, brand protection and family-owned business strategies. She also communicates with clients in an easy-to-understand way thanks to her experience in estate planning in particular.

Toni graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and History with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Charleston, West Virginia. While at the university of Charleston, she played on the Women’s Tennis team. In 2022, she received her Juris Doctor
from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. She plans on sitting for the bar in Colorado and is looking forward to practicing estate planning.

Previously, Toni worked for an Estate Planning firm in California where her duties included drafting legal documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney as well as conducting legal research and acting as receptionist for all client communication and intake. During her undergraduate career, she worked under the Deputy Mayor and City Attorney as the City’s Legal Intern.

Toni enjoys staying active in her free time by playing tennis, going to the gym, and learning new sports. Toni also enjoys watching sports, particularly tennis and basketball, and reading. Toni hopes to help people protect their families and assets throughout her estate planning career.
