Jacob Bremerson

Mr. Bremerson grew up on Whidbey Island in Washington State. After graduating high school he attended Montana State University in Bozeman and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

During college he began operating a digital forum for law school applicants to discuss the process of completing college, applying to law school, negotiating scholarships, and preparing for standardized admissions testing. He still manages the forum, and is glad that practicing as an attorney has given him the opportunity to provide applicants with deeper insight.

After college Mr. Bremerson moved to Greensboro, North Carolina, and earned his J.D. from Elon University School of Law. He was subsequently admitted to practice law in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. In his work with Anzen Legal Group, Mr. Bremerson provides his clients with estate planning, probate, liquor licensing, civil litigation, intellectual property, and business law services.

His estate planning practice focuses on drafting wills, trusts, and amendments that fit his clients’ needs and goals. He also provides trust administration services, managing the assets of trusts and ensuring the assets are protected and administered according to the document’s terms.

Mr. Bremerson also advises on and guides his clients through formal and informal probates. He can act as executor (the personal representative of an estate) or represent one of the estate’s heirs. He works to ensure that estate assets and property are distributed in accordance with the wishes of those who passed, and in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

His business services help individuals and business owners plan for the future, resolve ownership disputes, protect intellectual property and branding, bring on investors, and manage sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Mr. Bremerson also handles business matters related liquor licenses, from the application process to maintaining compliance with state and local regulations.

Mr. Bremerson lives in Fort Collins with his wife and two young cats. He is a serial hobbyist, and occupies his free time with learning new skills whenever the opportunity arises.
