Associate Attorney
Carlos Rodriguez Pedrosa is an Associate Attorney whose practice spans estate planning, criminal law, business law, and litigation. Born and raised in Puerto Rico and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Carlos brings a broad perspective and a deep commitment to his clients—whether he is helping a family plan for the future, guiding a business owner through a complex matter, or advocating for someone facing the criminal justice system.
Before joining the firm, Carlos spent a year and a half as a public defender, where he handled a high volume of misdemeanor cases from start to finish. That experience gave him hands-on courtroom skills across every stage of a case, including motions hearings, bond hearings, and jury trials. He learned early in his career how much is at stake for the people sitting across the table from him, and that behind every file there is a real person hoping someone will take their situation seriously. That perspective continues to shape the way he approaches every client matter today.
Carlos earned his law degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served on the law review during his 3L year. He completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas Wesleyan University, where he played college baseball—an experience that instilled the discipline, teamwork, and work ethic he brings to his legal practice. Carlos is admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Carlos believes that good lawyering comes down to two things: showing up and putting in the work. He makes himself available to his clients, takes the time to understand what they are trying to accomplish, and is willing to roll up his sleeves and do whatever it takes to help them reach their goals.
When he is not working, Carlos is usually on a softball field, playing pickup basketball, or at home playing fetch with his Siberian husky, Maya—who, for the record, thinks she runs the household.
